#### **WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN AN AGENT**

If you are planning to buy or sell a home this Summer, there are a few things to consider when choosing a real estate agent. Believe it or not, experience and numbers may not be the *most* important thing. Take note of their values, reliability, and passion for what they do.

#### **ASK YOURSELF…**

- Do they have your best interests at heart?
- Are they transparent and honest with you?
- Do they follow through on their promises?
- Are they focused on your goals?
- Do you “vibe” or feel comfortable with them?

Regardless of how busy an agent may be this season, you should be their number one priority throughout the entire transaction. The Giambra Team's mission is to make every real estate transaction inclusive, transparent, and rewarding. This is not just something that we preach but we practice it daily.

[Nick Giambra](https://www.thegiambrateam.com/team-members/nicholas-j-giambra) is the Team Leader and he was in fact, born to sell real estate. His strengths are business development, and structuring complicated commercial and residential deals.

[Ryan Burke](https://www.thegiambrateam.com/team-members/ryan-burke) has many years of experience and his expertise as a listing agent is knowing the market and pricing homes to sell! His negotiation skills for buyers and sellers are top-notch.

[Michelle Giambra](https://www.thegiambrateam.com/team-members/michelle-giambra) is Operational leader. She is the expert on matching new clients to the agent that will help them achieve their real estate goals.

[Dominic Tomasello](https://www.thegiambrateam.com/team-members/dominic-tomasello) is your go-to for new-build construction. He also works with buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate throughout WNY.

[Megan Owens- Pauly](https://www.thegiambrateam.com/team-members/megan-pauly) is our transaction closer. She has many years of experience working with attorney’s, agents and inspectors monitoring deadlines to make sure our clients get to the closing table as scheduled.

[Gregory Bellanton](https://www.thegiambrateam.com/team-members/greg-bellanton) has many years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. His calm and collected demeanor allows him to excel under any market condition.

[Joseph Strano](https://www.thegiambrateam.com/team-members/joseph-strano) is a well-rounded agent helping buyers and sellers re-locate with confidence. He has hands on knowledge being a real estate investor himself.

[Christopher Winiecki](https://www.thegiambrateam.com/team-members/chris-winiecki-draft) is our buyers agent and has a very flexible schedule to show clients homes. He also can help list residential and commercial properties.
